The Special Rapporteur urges States to incorporate a gender perspective in the design and development of measures of prevention aimed at the elimination of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance at all levels, to ensure that they effectively target the distinct situations of women and men, including by giving particular consideration to multiple forms of discrimination experienced by women.
ويحثّ المقرر الخاص الدول على إدراج وجهات النظر الجنسانية في تصميم ووضع التدابير الوقائية الرامية إلى القضاء على العنصرية والتمييز العنصري وكره الأجانب وما يتصل بذلك من تعصب. على جميع الصعّد، وضمان تركيز تلك التدابير بفعالية على الأوضاع المختلفة للمرأة والرجل وذلك بإيلاء اهتمام خاص لأشكال التمييز المتعددة التي تعاني منها المرأة.

With a view to remedying the double discrimination suffered by women, the General Assembly urged States to mainstream a gender perspective in the design and development of measures of prevention, education and protection aimed at the eradication of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance at all levels, to ensure that they effectively target the distinct situations of women and men.
4 - ومن أجل التصدي إلى التمييز المزدوج الذي تعاني منه المرأة، حثت الجمعية العامة الدول على توخي منظور يراعي المساواة بين الجنسين عند تصميم وإعداد تدابير الوقاية والتثقيف والحماية الرامية إلى القضاء على العنصرية والتمييز العنصري وكره الأجانب وما يتصل بذلك من تعصب على جميع المستويات، لكفالة أن تعالج تلك التدابير بفعالية الحالة المتميزة لكل من المرأة والرجل.
