COMPETENCIES OF the DRA

the DRA shall have the following primary competencies:

The President of the Republic of Sudan shall appoint from the Movements, the DRA Chairperson, who shall preside over the DRA Executive Organ.

the DRA Chairperson may hold accountable the DRA Executive Organ members. He/she may also make a recommendation to the President of the Republic to relieve any member appointed in the Executive Organ.
70 - يجوز لرئيس سلطة دارفور الإقليمية محاسبة أعضاء الجهاز التنفيذي للسلطة، كما يجوز له أن يرفع لرئيس الجمهورية توصية بإعفاء أي عضو من الأعضاء المعينين في الجهاز التنفيذي.

the DRA Council shall have supervisory, monitoring and organisational competencies.
73 - يتمتع مجلس سلطة دارفور الإقليمية بصلاحيات إشرافية ورقابية وتنظيمية.

Upon the signing of this Agreement, the GoS shall assist the Darfur States and the DRA to work out and implement an advanced and comprehensive capacity building programme in the fields of public finance and fiscal federalism.

the DRA shall have concurrent competencies in policy making and coordination on the following:
64 - يكون لسلطة دارفور الإقليمية اختصاصات مشتركة لوضع السياسات والتنسيق حول ما يلي:

Develop its rules of procedure and summit them to the DRA for approval;
' 2` تعد قواعد الإجراءات الخاصة بها، وتتقدم بها السلطة الإقليمية لدارفور للموافقة عليها؛
