14 - يكرر طلبه إلى اللجنة الاستشارية لمجلس حقوق الإنسان أن تعدّ، بالتعاون الوثيق مع الخبير المستقل، مدخلات تسهم بها في صياغة مشروع الإعلان المتعلق بحق الشعوب والأفراد في التضامن الدولي، وأن تمضي في وضع مبادئ توجيهية ومعايير وقواعد ومبادئ بهدف تعزيز هذا الحق وحمايته؛

She commended the comprehensive work of the Drafting Group of the Advisory Committee that had prepared the draft declaration on the right to peace and acknowledged the diversity of views and positions with regards to the right to peace.
وأثنت على العمل الشامل الذي أنجزه فريق الصياغة التابع للجنة الاستشارية والذي أعد مشروع الإعلان بشأن الحق في السلام وسلَمت بتنوع الآراء والمواقف بشأن الحق في السلام.

7. In operative paragraph 9 of its resolution 9/2, the Council requested the Human Rights Council Advisory Committee to prepare inputs to contribute to the elaboration of the draft declaration on the right of peoples and individuals to international solidarity and to the further development of guidelines, standards, norms and principles with a view to promoting and protecting that right.
7 - في الفقرة 9 من منطوق قراره 9/2، طلب المجلس إلى اللجنة الاستشارية لمجلس حقوق الإنسان أن تُعدّ مدخلات تُسهم بها في صياغة مشروع الإعلان بشأن حق الشعوب والأفراد في التضامن الدولي، وأن تمضي في وضع مبادئ توجيهية ومقاييس ومعايير ومبادئ بهدف تعزيز ذلك الحق وحمايته.

This will allow for sufficient time to circulate the preliminary text to Member States, the Human Rights Council Advisory Committee and other stakeholders, including non-governmental organizations, special procedures mandate holders, academics and other actors, with a view to eliciting comments prior to finalizing the draft declaration on the right of peoples and individuals to international solidarity.
وهذا سيتيح وقتاً كافياً لتعميم النصّ الأوّلي على الدول الأعضاء، وعلى اللجنة الاستشارية لمجلس حقوق الإنسان وغير ذلك من الأطراف صاحبة المصلحة بما في ذلك المنظمات غير الحكومية، والمكلّفون بولايات بموجب الإجراءات الخاصة، والأكاديميون وغيرهم من الفعاليات بغية استطلاع تعليقاتهم قبل إنجاز مشروع الإعلان بشأن حق الشعوب والأفراد في التضامن الدولي.

3. Submits its revised progress report on the draft declaration on the right of peoples to peace, taking into account the comments made, to the Human Rights Council for consideration at its seventeenth session;
3- تحيل تقريرها المرحلي المنقح عن مشروع الإعلان بشأن حق الشعوب في السلام()، مراعيةً في ذلك التعليقات المٌقدَّمة إلى مجلس حقوق الإنسان كي ينظر فيها في دورته السابعة عشرة؛

14. Takes note of the progress report of the Human Rights Council Advisory Committee on the right of peoples to peace, which includes more than 40 possible standards for inclusion in the draft declaration on the right of peoples to peace;
14- يحيط علماً بالتقرير المرحلي للجنة الاستشارية التابعة لمجلس حقوق الإنسان عن حق الشعوب في السلام()، الذي يتضمن ما يزيد على أربعين معياراً يُمكن إدراجها في مشروع الإعلان المتعلق بحق الشعوب في السلام؛

A reference to the Declaration on the Right to Development should be included in the text of the draft declaration on the right to peace, which could eventually be reinforced in order to be more precise and robust on this important matter.
وينبغي إيراد إشارة إلى الإعلان بشأن الحق في التنمية في نص مشروع الإعلان بشأن الحق في السلام، ويمكن في نهاية الأمر تعزيز مشروع الإعلان ليكون أكثر دقة وصلابة بشأن هذه المسألة الهامة.

In that context, the draft declaration on the right to peace which was under consideration in the Human Rights Council would contribute to the development of a culture of dialogue and non-violence.

IV. Constructing the draft declaration on the right of peoples and individuals to international solidarity
رابعاً- وضع مشروع إعلان حق الشعوب والأفراد في التضامن الدولي

48. Tunisia welcomed the adoption of the draft declaration on the right and responsibility of individuals, groups and organs of society to promote and protect universally recognized human rights and fundamental freedoms, which buttressed the commitment of the international community to the strengthening of the rights of individuals.
٤٨ - وأردفت قائلة إن تونس ترحب باعتماد مشروع اﻹعلان بشأن حقوق ومسؤوليات اﻷفراد وفئات وأجهزة المجتمع إزاء تعزيز وحماية حقوق اﻹنسان والحريات اﻷساسية المعترف بها على نطاق عالمي، والذي يدعم التزام المجتمع الدولي بتعزيز حقوق اﻷفراد.

In this regard, the Council also requested the Independent Expert to conduct in-depth research and intensive consultations with a view to preparing and sharing with States and all other relevant stakeholders a preliminary text of the draft declaration on the right of peoples and individuals to international solidarity.
وفي هذا الصدد، طلب المجلس أيضاً إلى الخبيرة المستقلة أن تجري بحوثاً معمقة ومشاورات مكثفة بغية إعداد نص أولي لمشروع الإعلان المتعلق بحق الشعوب والأفراد في التضامن الدولي وتبادل محتوى هذا النص مع الدول الأعضاء وسائر الجهات المعنية.

The Working Group welcomed the participation of the Deputy High Commissioner, the President of the Human Rights Council and the Chairperson of the Advisory Committee drafting group on the draft declaration on the right to peace; and takes note of the input received from Governments, regional and political groups, civil society and relevant stakeholders.
رحَب الفريق العامل بمشاركة نائبة المفوض السامي، ورئيس مجلس حقوق الإنسان ورئيس فريق الصياغة المعني بمشروع الإعلان بشأن الحق في السلام والتابع للجنة الاستشارية؛ ويحيط علماً بما تلقاه من مدخلات من الحكومات، والمجموعات الإقليمية والسياسية، والمجتمع المدني والجهات المعنية صاحبة المصلحة.

In addition, during the Annual Training Program in Dili, she had the opportunity to present to participants the preliminary text on the draft declaration on the right of peoples and individuals to international solidarity, and elicit comments and generate discussion on that right.
