(b) Wet lease rate. the dry lease rate (calculated above) plus the estimated monthly maintenance costs provided by the troop- or police-contributing country.
(ب) معــدَّل الإيـجار الشامـل للخدمة - معدَّل الإيجار غير الشامل للخدمة (المحسوب أعلاه) زائدا تكاليف الصيانة الشهرية التقديرية التي يقدِّمها البلد المساهم بالقوات/بالشرطة().

(c) Repatriation inspection. This inspection shall account for all major equipment of the troop/police contributor to be repatriated and verify the condition of the major equipment provided under the dry lease arrangement.
(ج) التفتيش عند الإعادة إلى الوطن - تُحصى في هذا التفتيش جميع المعدَّات الرئيسية للبلد المساهِم بالقوات/بالشرطة التي ستُعاد إلى الوطن، ويجري التحقُّق من حالة المعدَّات الرئيسية التي قُدِّمت بموجب ترتيب الإيجار غير الشامل للخدمة.

(c) The wet lease comprises the dry lease components plus the additional components defined in paragraph 20 above;

The factor in the dry lease system should be lower than in the wet lease system, as the dry lease factor will only cover losses, whereas the wet lease factor will cover both loss and damage.
