If the Committee has declared a communication inadmissible under article 5, paragraph 2, of the Protocol, this decision may be reviewed at a later date by the Committee upon a written request by or on behalf of the individual concerned containing information to the effect that the reasons for inadmissibility referred to in article 5, paragraph 2, no longer apply.
2 إذا أعلنت اللجنة أن بلاغا ما غير مقبول، بموجب الفقرة 2 من المادة 5 من البروتوكول، يجوز أن تعيد النظر في هذا القرار في تاريخ لاحق بناء على طلب خطي مقدم من الفرد المعني أو نيابة عنه، يتضمن معلومات مفادها أن أسباب عدم استيفاء شروط القبول المشار إليها في الفقرة 2 من المادة 5 لم تعد قائمة.
