For this reason, the Government requested the Knesset to postpone the entry into force of this Amendment to January 2002, in order to complete its reorganization.
ولهذا السبب، طلبت الحكومة إلى الكنيست إرجاء بدء نفاذ هذا التعديل إلى كانون الثاني/يناير 2002 للانتهاء من مهمة إعادة تنظيمه.

3. After the entry into force of this Amendment, as provided under paragraph 1, it shall enter into force for any other Party to the Protocol on the ninetieth day following the date of deposit of its instrument of ratification, acceptance or approval.

the entry into force of this Amendment shall not affect the issuance of certified emission reductions pursuant to Article 12 of the Kyoto Protocol for emission reductions achieved through projects hosted by Cyprus before 1 January 2013.
ولا يؤثر بدء نفاذ هذا التعديل على إصدار وحدات الخفض المعتمد بموجب المادة 12 من بروتوكول كيوتو مقابل خفض الانبعاثات الذي يتحقق بفضل مشاريع تستضيفها قبرص قبل 1 كانون الثاني/يناير 2013.
