Such reservations shall take effect simultaneously with the entry into force of this Convention in respect of the Party concerned.
ويبدأ سريان تلك التحفظات بالتزامن مع بدء نفاذ هذه الاتفاقية فيما يخصُّ الطرف المعني.

1. A Review Conference shall be convened by the Secretary-General of the United Nations five years after the entry into force of this Convention.
1 - يدعو الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة إلى عقد مؤتمر للاستعراض بعد مضي خمس سنوات على دخول هذه الاتفاقية حيز النفاذ.

Such reservations shall take effect simultaneously with the entry into force of this Convention in respect of the Party concerned.
ويبدأ سريان تلك التحفُّظات بالتزامن مع بدء نفاذ هذه الاتفاقية فيما يخص الطرف المعني.

2. Any additional annexes adopted after the entry into force of this Convention shall be restricted to procedural, scientific, technical or administrative matters.
2 - تقتصر أي مرفقات إضافية تُعتمد بعد بدء نفاذ هذه الاتفاقية على المسائل الإجرائية أو العلمية أو التقنية أو الإدارية.

" 4. A reservation takes effect simultaneously with the entry into force of this Convention in respect of the Contracting Party concerned.
" 4- يسري مفعول التحفظ بالتزامن مع بدء نفاذ هذه الاتفاقية فيما يخص الطرف المتعاقد المعني.

The national action plan shall, no later than one year after the entry into force of this Convention for the Party, be submitted to the Secretariat for distribution to the Parties.
ويجب على الطرف أن يقدِّم خطة عمل وطنية إلى الأمانة، لتعميمها على الأطراف، في موعد لا يتجاوز سنة واحدة بعد بدء نفاذ هذه الاتفاقية بالنسبة للطرف.

1. The first meeting of the Parties shall be convened no later than one year after the date of the entry into force of this Convention.
1- يعقد الاجتماع الأول للأطراف بعد سنة على الأكثر من دخول هذه الاتفاقية حيز النفاذ.

We are pleased that the entry into force of this Convention appears to be imminent and are hopeful that the General Assembly will reflect that happy occasion at its next session.
ويسعدنا أن دخول هذه الاتفاقية حيز النفاذ يبدو وشيكا كما يحدونا الأمل في أن تبرز الجمعية العامة تلك المناسبة السعيدة في دورتها القادمة.

3. A declaration takes effect simultaneously with the entry into force of this Convention in respect of the State concerned.
٣ - يصبح الاعلان نافذا مع دخول هذه الاتفاقية حيز النفاذ بالنسبة للدولة المعنية.

3. Reservations made at the time of ratification, acceptance or approval of this Convention or accession thereto shall take effect simultaneously with the entry into force of this Convention in respect of the Party concerned.
التحفظات التي تُبدَى وقت التصديق على هذه الاتفاقية أو قبولها أو إقرارها أو الانضمام إليها يبدأ سريانها بالتزامن مع بدء نفاذ الاتفاقية فيما يخصُّ الطرف المعني.

" 3. A declaration takes effect simultaneously with the entry into force of this Convention in respect of the State concerned.
" 3- يصبح الاعلان نافذ المفعول في ذات الوقت الذي يبدأ فيه نفاذ هذه الاتفاقية بالنسبة للدولة المعنية.

The Working Group noted that article 97, paragraph 3, of the United Nations Sales Convention provided, in part, that a " declaration takes effect simultaneously with the entry into force of this Convention in respect of the State concerned.
36- ولاحظ الفريق العامل أن الفقرة 35 من المادة 97 من اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة للبيع تنص، في جزء منها، على ما يلي: " يحدث الإعلان أثره في نفس وقت بدء سريان هذه الاتفاقية فيما يتعلق بالدولة المعنية.

Inform the Secretariat, within three months of the date of the entry into force of this Convention for them, which agencies they have designated as their focal point and their competent authorities.
2 - إبلاغ الأمانة، في غضون ثلاثة أشهر من تاريخ دخول هذه الاتفاقية حيز التنفيذ بالنسبة لها، بالوكالات التي عينوها كجهة اتصال وسلطاتها المختصة.
