17. In conclusion, it remained the firm understanding of the Group of 77 and China that the reform of the four subsidiary bodies of the Economic and Social Council in the environment field should be discussed in accordance with General Assembly resolution 50/227.
١٧ - واختتم كلمته قائلا إن مجموعة اﻟ ٧٧ والصين ما زالت على اقتناع راسخ بأنه ينبغي مناقشة إصلاح الهيئات الفرعية اﻷربع التابعة للمجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي في ميدان البيئة وفقا لقرار الجمعية العامة ٥٠/٢٢٧.

At that This meeting, AMCEN adopted a declaration, deliberated on the itsAMCEN indicative work programme for 2005 - -2006, including priorityies actions as contained in the Action Plan of the Environment Initiative of the New Partnership for Africa's Development (NEPAD)environment initiative action plan, and adopted eight decisions providing policy guidance in the environment field in Africa.
