وتُدرج أسماء المتكلمين حسب أسبقية التسجيل، ويعاد ترتيبها وفقا للممارسة المتبعة في الجمعية العامة.

In the same resolution, the Assembly decided to establish a Preparatory Committee open to the participation of all States Members of the United Nations and members of the specialized agencies, with the participation of observers in accordance with the established practice of the General Assembly.
وفي القرار ذاته، قررت الجمعية العامة إنشاء لجنة تحضيرية مفتوحة لاشتراك جميع الدول اﻷعضاء في اﻷمم المتحدة وأعضاء الوكالات المتخصصة، مع مشاركة مراقبين فيها وفقا للممارسة المعمول بها في الجمعية العامة.

7. Subsequently, when each category of speakers is organized following the order resulting from the selection process outlined in paragraph 5 above, the list of speakers for each meeting will be rearranged in accordance with the established practice of the General Assembly:

4. The Human Rights Council decided in paragraph 1 of resolution 3/2 that the Council " will act as the Preparatory Committee for the Durban Review Conference which shall be open to the participation of all Member States of the United Nations and members of the specialized agencies and also to the participation of observers in accordance with the established practice of the General Assembly " .
4- وقرر مجلس حقوق الإنسان، في الفقرة 1 من القرار 3/2 أن " يعمل مجلس حقوق الإنسان بمثابة اللجنة التحضيرية لمؤتمر ديربان الاستعراضي، التي يكون باب المشاركة فيها مفتوحاً أمام جميع الدول الأعضاء في الأمم المتحدة وأعضاء الوكالات المتخصصة وأيضاً أمام المراقبين وفقاً للممارسة المرعية التي تسير عليها الجمعية العامة " .
