32 - وفي عام 2005 اعتمدت جمهورية أرمينيا قوانين " المساعدة الاجتماعية " " والعمالة وشبكة الأمان الاجتماعي في حالة البطالة " والتفتيش الحكومي لظروف العمل.

Article 22 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights states that everyone, as a member of society, has the right to social security. Article 25 defines this further as the right to security in the event of unemployment, sickness, disability, widowhood, old age or other lack of livelihood in circumstances beyond his or her control.
وتنصّ المادة 22 من الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان على أن لكل شخص، بوصفه عضواً في المجتمع، حقاً في الضمان الاجتماعي.أما المادة 25 فتسهب في التعريف بأنه الحق " في ما يأمن به الشخص الغوائل في حالات البطالة أو المرض أو العجز أو الترمّل أو الشيخوخة أو غير ذلك من الظروف الخارجة عن إرادته أو إرادتها " .

104. Article 14 of the law on employment and the social safety net in the event of unemployment pertains to migration of the labour force.
104 - وتتصل بهجرة اليد العاملة أيضاً المادة 14 من القانون المتعلقة بالعمالة وشبكة الضمان الاجتماعي في حالة البطالة.

Already in use is an updated computer application for supporting the implementation of Republic Scholarships, and currently a database is being converted from an old to a new application for claiming insurance in the event of unemployment.

Paragraph 1 of Article 48 of the Constitution of the Republic of Lithuania establishes that every person may freely choose an occupation or business, and shall have the right to have adequate, safe and healthy conditions at work, to receive fair remuneration for work and be provided social security in the event of unemployment.

Everyone has the right to a standard of living adequate for the health and well being of himself and his family, including food, clothing, housing and medical care and necessary social services, and the right to security in the event of unemployment, sickness, disability, widowhood, old age or lack of livelihood in circumstances beyond his control.
لكل شخص الحق في مستوى من المعيشة كاف للمحافظة على الصحة والرفاهية له ولأسرته، ويتضمن ذلك التغذية والملبس والمسكن والعناية الطبية وكذلك الخدمات الاجتماعية اللازمة، وله الحق في تأمين معيشته في حالة البطالة والمرض والعجز والترمل والشيخوخة وغير ذلك من فقدان وسائل العيش نتيجة لظروف خارجة عن إرادته.

290. The 1978 Constitution contains specific and ambitious terms of reference on social welfare. Article 41 of this states that: " The authorities shall maintain a public social security system for all citizens that guarantees sufficient social assistance and benefits in situations of need and, in particular, in the event of unemployment.
290- يتضمن دستور عام 1978 إطاراً مرجعياً محدداً وطموحاً بشأن الرعاية الاجتماعية وجاء في المادة 41 منه ما يلي: " تعمل السلطات على المحافظة على نظام ضمان اجتماعي لجميع المواطنين يكفل تقديم مساعدة اجتماعية وإعانات كافية في حالات الحاجة، ولا سيما، في حالة البطالة.

The Law " On Insurance against Unemployment " prescribes the procedure for granting services provided by social insurance in the event of unemployment (insurance against unemployment), the body of persons eligible to this service, their duties and responsibility.
180 - وينص القانون " المتعلق بالتأمين ضد البطالة " على الإجراءات المتعلقة بمنح الخدمات التي يقدمها التأمين الاجتماعي في حالة البطالة (التأمين ضد البطالة)، وجملة الأشخاص المؤهلين للحصول على هذه الخدمة، وواجباتهم ومسؤولياتهم.

84. In pursuance of these constitutional provisions, several laws have been adopted and collective agreements have been concluded, in full compliance with the above-mentioned to constitutional rights in the field of labour, namely, the following: the Law on Labour Relations, the Law on Employment and Insurance in the event of unemployment and the Law on Employment Promotion.
84- وبناءً على الأحكام الدستورية المنوه بشأنها آنفاً، سنت قوانين عديدة وعقدت اتفاقات جماعية، تتماشى تماماً مع الحقوق الدستورية في ميدان العمل، وخاصة القوانين التالية: قانون علاقات العمل، وقانون العمل والتأمين في حالة البطالة وقانون النهوض بالعمالة.

Right to work is guaranteed by article 48 of the Constitution of Lithuania: " Every person may freely choose an occupation or business, and shall have the right to adequate, safe and healthy working conditions, adequate compensation for work, and social security in the event of unemployment " .
حق العمل مكفول بموجب المادة ٤٨ من دستور ليتوانيا: " لكل شخص حرية اختيار المهنة أو العمل، وله الحق في أن توفر له ظروف عمل مناسبة ومأمونة وصحية، وفي الحصول على تعويض كاف مقابل العمل، وضمان اجتماعي في حالة البطالة " .

The following Laws have been adopted: Law on Labour Relations (Official Gazette of The former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia No. 80/2003); Law on Employment and on Insurance in the event of unemployment (Official Gazette of The former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia Nos. 37/1997, 25/2000, 101/2000, 50/2001, 25/2003, 37/2004 and 04/2005).
