100. In accordance with article 20, paragraph 1, of the Convention, if the Committee receives reliable information which appears to it to contain well-founded indications that torture is being systematically practised in the territory of a State party, the Committee shall invite that State party to cooperate in the examination of the information and, to that end, to submit observations with regard to the information concerned.

12. Under article 6 of the Optional Protocol, if the Committee received reliable information indicating grave or systematic violations by a State party of rights set forth in the Convention, the Committee would invite that State party to cooperate in the examination of the information.
12 - إذا تلقت اللجنة، بموجب المادة 6 من البروتوكول الاختياري، معلومات موثوقا بها تدل على وقوع انتهاكات جسيمة أو منتظمة من جانب دولة طرف للحقوق المنصوص عليها في الاتفاقية، تدعو اللجنة تلك الدولة الطرف إلى التعاون في فحص المعلومات.

1. If the Committee receives reliable information which appears to it to contain well—founded indications that forced disappearance is being systematically or widely practised in the territory under the control of a State Party, the Committee shall invite that State Party to cooperate in the examination of the information and to this end to submit observations with regard to the information concerned.
١- إذا تلقت اللجنة معلومات موثوقاً بها تبدو لها وكأنها تتضمن دلائل لها ما يدعمها أن الاختفاء القسري يجري بانتظام أو يمارس على نطاق واسع في اﻹقليم الخاضع لرقابة دولة طرف، تدعو اللجنة تلك الدولة الطرف إلى التعاون معها على فحص المعلومات وإلى أن تقدم لهذا الغرض ملاحظات فيما يتعلق بالمعلومات المعنية.

Art. 8.1: If the Committee receives reliable information indicating grave or systematic violations by a State Party of rights set forth in the Convention, the Committee shall invite that State Party to cooperate in the examination of the information and to this end to submit observations with regard to the information concerned.
المادة ٨-١: إذا تلقــت اللجنــة معلومات موثوقــة تــدل علــى ارتكاب دولة طرف لانتهــاكات جسيمــة أو منتظمــة للحقوق المنصــوص عليهــا فــي الاتفاقية، تدعو اللجنة تلك الدولة الطرف إلى التعاون في فحص المعلومات وتقديم الملاحظات بشأن المعلومات المعنية لهذا الغرض.

410. In accordance with article 8, paragraph 1, of the Optional Protocol, if the Committee receives reliable information indicating grave or systematic violations by a State party of rights set forth in the Convention, the Committee shall invite that State party to cooperate in the examination of the information and, to that end, to submit observations with regard to the information concerned.
410- عملا بالفقرة 1 من المادة 8 من البروتوكول الاختياري، فإنه إذا تلقت اللجنة معلومات موثوقة تدل على وقوع انتهاكات جسيمة أو منتظمة من جانب دولة طرف للحقوق المنصوص عليها في الاتفاقية، تدعو اللجنة تلك الدولة الطرف إلى التعاون في فحص المعلومات وتقديم ملاحظات بشأن المعلومات المعنية بهذا الغرض.

2. If the Committee receives reliable information indicating grave or systematic violations by a State Party of any of the economic, social and cultural rights set forth in the Covenant, the Committee shall invite that State Party to cooperate in the examination of the information and to this end to submit observations with regard to the information concerned.
2- إذا تلقت اللجنة معلومات موثوقة تدل على وقوع انتهاكات جسيمة أو منتظمة من جانب دولة طرف لأي من الحقوق الاقتصادية أو الاجتماعية أو الثقافية المنصوص عليها في العهد، تدعو اللجنة تلك الدولة الطرف إلى التعاون في فحص المعلومات وإلى تقديم ملاحظاتها بشأن هذه المعلومات.

2. If the Committee receives reliable information indicating grave or systematic violations by a State Party of the rights set forth in Parts II and III of the Covenant, the Committee shall invite that State Party to cooperate in the examination of the information and to this end to submit observations with regard to the information concerned.
2- إذا تلقت اللجنة معلومات موثوقة تدل على وقوع انتهاكات جسيمة أو منتظمة من جانب دولة طرف للحقوق المنصوص عليها في الجزأين الثاني والثالث من العهد، تدعو اللجنة تلك الدولة الطرف إلى التعاون في فحص المعلومات وإلى تقديم ملاحظاتها بشأن هذه المعلومات.

In accordance with article 20, paragraph 1, of the Convention and rule 82 of its rules of procedure (CAT/C/3/Rev.5), the Committee decided to invite the State party to cooperate in the examination of the information and to submit observations in that regard.
وقررت اللجنة، بموجب الفقرة 1 من المادة 20 من الاتفاقية والمادة 82 من نظامها الداخلي (CAT/C/3/Rev.5)، أن تدعو الدولة الطرف إلى التعاون في بحث هذه المعلومات وتقديم تعليقاتها بهذا الشأن إلى اللجنة.

The Committee may at any time obtain, through the Secretary-General, any relevant documentation from United Nations bodies or specialized agencies that may assist it in the examination of the information received under article 20 of the Convention.
للجنة أن تحصل، في أي وقت، من هيئات الأمم المتحدة أو وكالاتها المتخصصة، عن طريق الأمين العام، على أية وثائق ذات صلة بالموضوع قد تساعد اللجنة على دراسة المعلومات الواردة بموجب المادة 20 من الاتفاقية.
