5- يؤكد من جديد أن مؤتمر ديربان الاستعراضي سيُعقد على أساس الإعلان وبرنامج العمل هذين وفي ظل احترامهما الكامل وأن أي عملية إعادة تفاوض لن تجري بشأن الاتفاقات القائمة الواردة فيهما؛

The resolution stressed that there would be no renegotiation of the existing agreements contained therein; it defined the organizational aspects of the preparatory body and the special session and stressed the need for the effective participation of all stakeholders according to modalities similar to those applied in Cairo.
وقد شدد القرار على أنه لن تكون هناك إعادة تفاوض بشأن الاتفاقات القائمة الواردة في برنامج العمل؛ وحدد الجوانب التنظيمية للهيئة التحضيرية وللدورة الاستثنائية، وشدد على ضرورة المشاركة الفعالة لجميع اﻷطراف المعنية وفقا لطرائق مماثلة لما اتبع في القاهرة.

٢ - تؤكد مجددا أن الدورة الاستثنائية ستجرى على أساس برنامج العمل وستتقيد به تماما ولن تكون فيها إعادة تفاوض بشأن الاتفاقات القائمة الواردة فيه؛

20. The General Assembly would reaffirm that the special session would take place on the basis of, and with full respect for, the Platform for Action and that there would be no renegotiation of the existing agreements contained therein.
٢٠ - وستؤكد الجمعية من جديد أن الدورة الاستثنائية ستُعقد على أساس منهاج العمل ومع التقيد التام به، وأنه لا مجال ﻹعادة التفاوض بشأن الاتفاقات القائمة الواردة فيه.

٣ - تؤكد من جديد أن الدورة الاستثنائية من أجل الاستعراض والتقييم الشاملين لتنفيذ برنامج العمل ستجرى على أساس برنامج العمل وستتقيد به تماما، ولن تكون فيها إعادة تفاوض بشأن الاتفاقات القائمة الواردة فيه؛

٣ - تؤكد من جديد أن الدورة الاستثنائية من أجل الاستعراض والتقييم الشاملين لتنفيذ برنامج العمل ستجرى على أساس برنامج العمل وستتقيد به تماما، ولن يكون فيها تفاوض جديد بشأن الاتفاقات القائمة الواردة فيه؛

The Human Rights Council in its resolution 3/2 of 8 December 2006 reaffirmed that the Durban Review Conference will be undertaken on the basis of and with full respect for the Durban Declaration and Programme of Action and that there will be no renegotiation of the existing agreements contained therein.
وأكد مجلس حقوق الإنسان من جديد، في قراره 3/2 المؤرخ 8 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2006، أن مؤتمر ديربان الاستعراضي سيُعقد على أساس إعلان وبرنامج عمل ديربان وفي ظل احترامهما الكامل وأنه لن تكون هناك إعادة تفاوض بشأن الاتفاقات القائمة الواردة فيهما.
