At its sixty-fourth session, the General Assembly requested the Secretary-General to commission a comprehensive review of the existing institutional framework for the system-wide evaluation of operational activities for development of the United Nations system, and to submit a report, with recommendations, to the Assembly at its sixty-sixth session.

The General Assembly, in its resolution 64/289, requested me to commission a comprehensive review of the existing institutional framework for the system-wide evaluation of operational activities for development of the United Nations system and to submit to the General Assembly a report, with recommendations, at its sixty-sixth session.
1 - طلبت مني الجمعية العامة في قرارها 64/289 أن أُصدر تكليفا بإجراء استعراض شامل للإطار المؤسسي القائم لتقييم الأنشطة التنفيذية التي تضطلع بها منظومة الأمم المتحدة من أجل التنمية على نطاق المنظومة، وأن أُقدم تقريرا يتضمن توصيات إلى الجمعية العامة في دورتها السادسة والستين.

In response to General Assembly resolution 64/289 on system-wide coherence, the Secretary-General will submit during the sixty-sixth session of the General Assembly a report (A/66/852) on a comprehensive review of the existing institutional framework for system-wide evaluation of operational activities for development of the United Nations system.
