(ب) `1 ' بعد انتهاء فترة الــ 12 شهرا المنصوص عليها في المادة 4-3 من النظام المالي تبقى سارية خلال فترة أربع سنوات إضافية أي التزامات أخرى غير مصفاة تتعلق بالفترة المالية المعنية وتكون واجبة السداد إلى الحكومات عن سلع وخدمات قدمتها ولم يتم التحقق فيها بعد. وغيرها من الالتزامات تجاه الحكومات والتي لم ترد بعد مطالبات بشأنها؛

While very often transaction dates and payment dates differ, under the new method each of these events is recognized at its actual date and has to be accounted for in the FS of the financial period in question.
وفيما تختلف في أحيان كثيرة تواريخ المعاملات وتواريخ الدفع فإن كل واحدة من هذه الوقائع تقيد، بحسب الطريقة الجديدة، في تاريخها الفعلي وينبغي إيرادها في البيانات المالية للفترة المالية المعنية.

2. (ب) `1 ' بعد انتهاء فترة الــ 12 شهرا المنصوص عليها في المادة 4-3 من النظام المالي تبقى سارية خلال فترة أربع سنوات إضافية أي التزامات أخرى غير مصفاة تتعلق بالفترة المالية المعنية وتكون واجبة السداد إلى الحكومات عن سلع وخدمات قدمتها ولم يتم التحقق منها بعد. وغيرها من الالتزامات تجاه الحكومات والتي لم ترد بعد مطالبات بشأنها؛

The Committee further requests that future budget proposals for peacekeeping operations include specific information on all construction projects for which resources of more than $1 million are sought for the financial period in question.
وتطلب اللجنة كذلك أن تتضمن مقترحات الميزانية المقبلة لعمليات حفظ السلام معلومات محددة عن جميع مشاريع التشييد التي يُلتمس إيجاد موارد لها تربو على مليون دولار للفترة المالية المعنية.

Any unliquidated obligations of the financial period in question shall, at that time be cancelled or where the obligation remains a valid charge, transferred as an obligation against current appropriations.
وتُلغى عندئذ جميع الالتزامات غير المصفاة المتعلقة بالفترة المالية المذكورة أو يحمل الالتزام، إذا ظل صحيحا، على اعتمادات الفترة المالية الجارية.
