13 - تطلب إلى الأمين العام أن يقدم إلى الجمعية العامة في دورتها الرابعة والستين تقريرا عن تنفيذ القرارات المتعلقة بإنهاء الاستعمار التي اتخذت منذ إعلان العقدين الدوليين الأول والثاني للقضاء على الاستعمار؛

He shared the concern expressed regarding the lack of implementation of major provisions of the Plan of Action for the First and Second International Decades for the Eradication of Colonialism, especially the two analytical studies on the situation in the Territories themselves.
