When only one person or Member is to be elected and no candidate obtains in the first ballot the majority required, a second ballot shall be taken, which shall be restricted to the two candidates obtaining the largest number of votes.
إذا أُريد انتخاب شخص واحد أو عضو واحد فقط ولم يحصل أي مرشح في الاقتراع الأول على الأغلبية اللازمة. يجري اقتراع ثان يقتصر على المرشحين اللذين حصلا على أكبر عدد من الأصوات.

When two or more elective places are to be filled at one time under the same conditions, those candidates obtaining in the first ballot the majority required shall be elected.
إذا أريد شغل منصبين أو أكثر من المناصب الانتخابية في وقت واحد وبشروط واحدة، يُنتخب المرشحون الذين حصلوا في الاقتراع الأول على الأغلبية اللازمة.

1- عندما يراد شغل منصبين انتخابيين أو أكثر في وقت واحد وبشروط واحدة، يُنتخب المرشحون الذين حصلوا في الاقتراع الأول على الأغلبية المطلوبة وعلى أكبر عدد من الأصوات، على ألا يتجاوز عددهم عدد المناصب المراد شغلها.

1- إذا أريد شغل منصب انتخابي واحد ولم يحصل أي مرشح في الاقتراع الأول على الأغلبية اللازمة يجري اقتراع ثانٍ يقتصر على المرشحين اللذين حصلا على أكبر عددٍ من الأصوات.

1 - إذا أريد انتخاب شخص واحد أو عضو واحد ولم يحصل أي مرشح في الاقتراع الأول على الأغلبية اللازمة اُجري اقتراع ثان يقتصر على المرشحين اللذين حصلا على أكبر عدد من الأصوات.
