يطلب من الأمين العام، بالتشاور مع مجلس الأمن، أن يعد نظاماً لأمن المعلومات والنفاذ فيما يخص محفوظات المحكمة الجنائية الدولية ليوغوسلافيا السابقة والمحكمة الجنائية الدولية لرواندا والآلية الدولية لتصريف الأعمال المتبقية للمحكمتين الجنائيتين قبل تاريخ البدء الأول المشار إليه في الفقرة 1 من القرار.

13. Requests the Secretary-General to implement the present resolution and to make practical arrangements for the effective functioning of the Mechanism from the first commencement date referred to in paragraph 1, in particular to initiate no later than 30 June 2011 the procedures for the selection of the roster of judges of the Mechanism, as provided in its Statute;
13 - يطلب إلى الأمين العام أن ينفذ هذا القرار، وأن يتخذ ترتيبات عملية للتشغيل الفعال للآلية اعتبارا من تاريخ البدء الأول المشار إليه في الفقرة 1، ولا سيما الشروع في تاريخ لا يتعدى 30 حزيران/يونيه 2011 في إجراءات انتقاء قائمة القضاة الذين سيعملون في الآلية، حسب ما هو منصوص عليه في نظامها الأساسي؛
