11. Emphasizes the importance of the appointment of the five independent eminent experts by the SecretaryGeneral to follow the implementation of the provisions of the Durban Declaration and Programme of Action, with the following terms of reference:
11- تؤكد أهمية قيام الأمين العام بتعيين الخبراء البارزين المستقلين الخمسة كي يقوموا بمتابعة تنفيذ أحكام إعلان وبرنامج عمل ديربان وتكون لهم الصلاحيات التالية:

(b) To cooperate with the five independent eminent experts to be appointed by the Secretary-General to facilitate the implementation of the recommendations of the Durban Declaration and Programme of Action;
(ب) أن تتعاون مع الخبراء البارزين المستقلين الخمسة الذين سيعيِّنهم الأمين العام من أجل تيسير عملية تنفيذ توصيات وبرنامج عمل ديربان؛

He had also been asked to emphasize that a strong link between the work of the five independent eminent experts and the Working Group should be established and fostered.
وطلبت منه المجموعة أيضاً أن يشدد على وجوب إقامة وتعزيز الصلة بين عمل الخبراء الخمسة البارزين المستقلين والفريق العامل.

(د) أن تؤكد أهمية قيام الأمين العام بتعيين الخبراء البارزين المستقلين الخمسة كي يقوموا بمتابعة تنفيذ أحكام إعلان وبرنامج عمل ديربان وتكون لهم الصلاحيات التالية:
