Before going further, I should like to announce that since the publication of the draft resolution, the following country has become a sponsor of A/58/L.3/Rev.1: Viet Nam.

As requested by the Executive Board in its decisions 2001/11 and 2006/36, the following country programmes will be approved on a no-objection basis, without presentation or discussion, unless at least five members have informed the secretariat in writing before the meeting of their wish to bring a particular country programme before the Board:
وبناء على طلب المجلس التنفيذي الوارد في قراريه 2001/11 و 2006/36، سيوافق على البرامج القطرية للبلدان التالية على أساس عدم الاعتراض، ودون عرض أو مناقشة، إلا إذا أبلغ خمسة أعضاء على الأقل الأمانة خطيا، قبل انعقاد الاجتماع، برغبتهم في عرض برنامج قطري معين على المجلس:
