The text of the decisions of the Fourteenth Meeting of the Parties to the Montreal Protocol, as adopted is contained in chapter VIII below are set out below.

Notes and approves the extension of the following trust funds as requested by decision VI/3, paragraph 9, of the sixth meeting of the Conference of the Parties to the Vienna Convention for the Protection of the Ozone Layer, and by decision XIV/41, paragraph 13, of the Fourteenth Meeting of the Parties to the Montreal Protocol on Substances That Deplete the Ozone Layer, respectively:

Nigeria Nigeria is a Party operating under Article 5 of the Montreal Protocol and is to be considered under agenda item 5 (b) (xiv) with regard to its implementation of decision XIV/30 of the Fourteenth Meeting of the Parties and recommendation 36/36 of the thirty-sixth meeting of the Implementation Committee.
