d) Articles 26, 129, 130, 131, 132, 133, 134, 136, 137, 138, 139 and 140 of the Geneva Convention relative to the protection of civilian persons in time of war of 12 August 1949 (hereinafter " the Fourth Convention " ),

There is a specific obligation under the relevant article of each Convention (art. 49 of the First Convention, art. 50 of the Second Convention, art. 129 of the Third Convention and art. 146 of the Fourth Convention).

In addition, article 85 (4) (a) of Protocol I typifies the wilful “... transfer of all or parts of the population of the occupied territory within ... this territory, in violation of Article 49 of the Fourth Convention” as a grave breach of the Protocol.
٤٦- كذلك فالمادة ٥٨)٤()أ( من البروتوكول اﻷول تصف " ... ترحيل كل أو بعض سكان اﻷراضي المحتلة داخل ... تلك اﻷراضي مخالفة للمادة ٩٤ من الاتفاقية الرابعة " بأنه انتهاك خطير للبروتوكول.

" Israel initially recognized the applicability of the Fourth Convention: according to Article 35 of Order No. 1, issued by the occupying authorities on 7 June 1967, `[t]he Military Court . . . must apply the provisions of the Geneva Convention dated 12 August 1949, Relative to the Protection of Civilians in Time of War, with respect to judicial procedures.
" إسرائيل اعترفت في البداية بانطباق الاتفاقية الرابعة: ووفقا للمادة 35 من الأمر رقم 1، الذي أصدرته سلطات الاحتلال في 7 حزيران/يونيه 1967، " يجب ... على المحكمة العسكرية أن تطبق أحكام اتفاقية جنيف المؤرخة 12 آب/ أغسطس 1949، المتعلقة بحماية المدنيين وقت الحرب، فيما يتعلق بالإجراءات القضائية.

(e) Subject to the foregoing provisions or this paragraph, the provisions of Article 52 of the First Convention, Article 53 of the Second Convention, Article 132 or the Third Convention and Article 149 of the Fourth Convention shall continue to apply to any alleged violation of the Conventions and shall extend to any alleged violation of this Protocol.
(ه) تظل أحكام المواد 52 من الاتفاقية الأولى و53 من الاتفاقية الثانية و132 من الاتفاقية الثالثة و149 من الاتفاقية الرابعة سارية على كل ما يزعم من انتهاك للاتفاقيات وتنطبق كذلك على ما يزعم من انتهاك لهذا البروتوكول، على أن يخضع ذلك للأحكام المشار إليها آنفاًَ في هذه الفقرة.

(a) Record the information specified in article 138 of the Fourth Convention in respect of such persons who have been detained, imprisoned or otherwise held in captivity for more than two weeks as a result of hostilities or occupation, or who have died during any period of detention;
