١٦ - وقد يود المكتب أن يوجه انتباه الجمعية العامة الى المقرر الذي اتخذته في الدورات السابقة ويقضي بمنع ممارسة اﻹعراب عن التهاني داخل قاعة الجمعية العامة بعد اﻹدلاء بخطاب.
