2. Also decides that the rules of procedure and established practices of the General Assembly shall apply for the summit unless otherwise decided in the present resolution and its annexes;
٢ - تقرر أيضا أن ينطبق النظام الداخلي والممارسات المعمول بها في الجمعية العامة على مؤتمر القمة، ما لم يتقرر خلاف ذلك في هذا القرار ومرفقاته؛

5. Reaffirms its decision in section III, paragraph 9, of its resolution 59/265 that the issuance of documents in all six official languages on planning, budgetary and administrative matters requiring urgent consideration by the General Assembly shall be accorded priority;
5 - تعيد تأكيد ما قررته في الفقرة 9 من الجزء الثالث من قرارها 59/265 بشأن منح الأولوية في جميع اللغات الرسمية الست لإصدار الوثائق المتعلقة بمسائل التخطيط والميزانية والمسائل الإدارية التي يلزم أن تنظر فيها الجمعية العامة على وجه الاستعجال؛

5. Reaffirms its decision in section III, paragraph 9, of its resolution 59/265, that the issuance of documents on planning, budgetary and administrative matters requiring urgent consideration by the General Assembly shall be accorded priority;
5 - تعيد تأكيد ما قررته في الفقرة 9 من الجزء ثالثا من قرارها 59/265، وهو أن تمنح الأولوية لإصدار الوثائق المتعلقة بمسائل التخطيط والميزانية والإدارة التي يلزم أن تنظر فيها الجمعية العامة على وجه الاستعجال؛

24. In this connection, in accordance with decision 56/468 of 1 May 2002, the General Assembly shall:
24 - وفي هذا الصدد، ووفقا للمقرر 56/468 المؤرخ 1 أيار/مايو 2002، تقوم الجمعية العامة بــ:

Article 12, paragraph 1, of the Charter stipulates that, while the Security Council is exercising in respect of any dispute or situation the functions assigned to it in the Charter, the General Assembly shall not make any recommendation with regard to that dispute or situation unless the Council so requests.
تنص الفقرة 1 من المادة 12 من الميثاق على أنه عندما يباشر مجلس الأمن، بصدد نزاع أو موقف ما، الوظائف التي رسمت له في الميثاق، لا يحق للجمعية العامة أن تقدم أية توصية في شأن ذلك النـزاع أو الموقف إلا إذا طلب منها المجلس ذلك.
