4. The convening of a third United Nations conference on housing and sustainable urban development (Habitat III) in 2016 was among the most important issues discussed by the Governing Council of UN-Habitat at its twenty-third session.

(ج) تطلب إلى الأمين العام للمؤتمر أن يعطي الأولوية، عند استخدامه موارد الصندوق الاستئماني، لتسديد قيمة تذاكر السفر جوا بالدرجة الاقتصادية وبدل الإقامة اليومي والمصروفات النثرية في محطات السفر، وأن يقدم تقريرا عن استخدام الصندوق الاستئماني إلى مجلس إدارة موئل الأمم المتحدة في دورته الخامسة والعشرين؛
