4. Urges Governments and subregional and regional organizations to promote the implementation of the guidelines at the national and, as appropriate, subregional and/or regional levels by designating focal points in countries to apply the Guidelines to the maximum extent possible;
٤ - يحث الحكومات والمنظمات دون اﻹقليمية واﻹقليمية على تشجيع تنفيذ المبادئ التوجيهية على المستوى الوطني، وحسبما هو مناسب، على المستوى دون اﻹقليمي و/أو اﻹقليمي عن طريق تعيين جهات اتصال في البلدان لتطبيق المبادئ التوجيهية إلى أقصى حد ممكن؛

The Secretary-General should request that all relevant United Nations bodies and agencies consider their activities and programmes on HIV/AIDS in the light of the provisions of the Guidelines and support the implementation of the guidelines at the national level.
