754. Chapter IV, article 37, of the Higher Education Act states:

Through a change in the Higher Education Act of 1992, this cooperation and the duty to inform the public about activities within the university or university college have been formulated as a third task for higher education alongside education and research.

170. The formulation of section 55 of the Higher Education Act has been amended.

In accordance with the Higher Education Act, in justified cases, students with disabilities must be excused from learning certain subjects or sections of subjects, and/or from the obligation to take an exam.
