Taking note of the efforts under way in the framework of the Working Group on the Right to Development with the support of the highlevel task force on the implementation of the right to development to develop a set of criteria for the periodic evaluation of global partnerships as identified in Millennium Development Goal 8,

Under paragraph 6 of its resolution 2005/4, the Commission requested the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights to provide all necessary administrative support and financial and human resources to the highlevel task force on the implementation of the right to development.

Also supports the realization of the mandate of the highlevel task force on the implementation of the right to development established within the framework of the Working Group, as renewed by the Human Rights Council in its resolution 9/3, with the further recognition that the task force will convene annual sessions of seven working days and submit its reports to the Working Group;

4. Notes with appreciation that the highlevel task force on the implementation of the right to development continued its work, including the consolidation of findings and the list of right to development criteria and corresponding operational subcriteria;

وإذ تعرب عن تقديرها للجهود التي تبذلها رئيسة/مقررة الفريق العامل المعني بالحق في التنمية التابع لمجلس حقوق الإنسان وأعضاء فرقة العمل الرفيعة المستوى المعنية بإعمال الحق في التنمية من أجل إكمال خريطة الطريق الثلاثية المراحل للفترة 2008-2010 التي وضعها المجلس في قراره 4/4 المؤرخ 30 آذار/مارس 2007(

3. The second meeting of the highlevel task force on the implementation of the right to development took place in Geneva from 14 to 18 November 2005 and submitted its conclusions and recommendations contained in its report (E/CN.4/2005/WG.18/TF/3) for the consideration of the Working Group.
3- وعقدت فرقة العمل الرفيعة المستوى المعنية بإعمال الحق في التنمية اجتماعها الثاني في جنيف في الفترة من 14 إلى 18 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2005 وقدمت استنتاجاتها وتوصياتها الواردة في تقريرها (E/CN.4/2005/WG.18/TF/3) لكي ينظر فيها الفريق العامل.

35. The Working Group considered the report of the highlevel task force on the implementation of the right to development, which constituted a good basis for its deliberations and agreed conclusions and recommendations on Goal 8, on a global partnership for development, and on criteria for its periodic evaluation with the aim of improving the effectiveness of global partnerships with regard to the realization of the right to development.
35- ونظر الفريق العامل في تقرير فرقة العمل الرفيعة المستوى المعنية بالحق في التنمية، الذي شكل أساساً جيداً لمداولاته ولاستنتاجاته وتوصياته المتفق عليها بشأن الهدف 8، المتعلق بالشراكة العالمية من أجل التنمية، وبشأن وضع معايير لتقييمه بصورة دورية بهدف تحسين فعالية الشراكات العالمية فيما يتعلق بإعمال الحق في التنمية.
