8.3 The Committee recalls the report on its visit to Mexico from 23 August to 12 September 2001 (CAT/C/75), and stresses that recent reports on the human rights situation in Mexico have concluded that although efforts have been made to eliminate torture, many cases of torture are still reported.

كما توصي الدولة الطرف بتوسيع اختصاص اللجنة الوطنية ولجان الولايات لحقوق الإنسان كي تشمل النظر في الادعاءات المتعلقة بانتهاكات حقوق العمل، وتنفيذ التوصيات المتعلقة بالحرية النقابية المدرجة في الدراسة التي أعدها مكتب المفوضية السامية لحقوق الإنسان في المكسيك بعنوان " تشخيص حالة حقوق الإنسان في المكسيك " .

3. Requests the Commission on Human Rights, in the interest of prevention, to consider at its next session the developments in the human rights situation in Mexico and decides, should the Commission be unable to do so, to continue the consideration of these developments at its fifty-first session, under the same agenda item.
٣- تطلب إلى لجنة حقوق الانسان أن تنظر، كإجراء وقائي، في دورتها المقبلة في تطورات حالة حقوق الانسان في المكسيك وتقرر، إذا تعذﱠر على اللجنة القيام بذلك، مواصلة النظر في هذه التطورات في دورتها الحادية والخمسين وفي إطار البند نفسه من جدول اﻷعمال.
