Appreciates the Bank's efforts to create the IDB Infrastructure Fund with a capital of 1500 million US dollar to develop infrastructure in Member States in the fields of energy and hydro-electricity, communications, transport etc. and to support the private sector.
3 - يقدر للبنك الإسلامي للتنمية جهوده في إنشاء صندوق البنك للبنية الأساسية برأس مال قدره 1500 مليون دولار بهدف تنمية البنية الأساسية في الدول الأعضاء في قطاعات الطاقة والكهرباء والاتصال والمواصلات وغيرها، ودعم مشاركة القطاع الخاص.

وبرنامج تحسين وزيادة التدريب المهني الذي يموله مصرف التنمية للبلدان الأمريكية بمبلغ إجمالي قدره 500 مليون دولار من دولارات الولايات المتحدة لا يقل عن ذلك أهمية.

32. I took note of the IDB's decision at its thirty-second session regarding the adoption of the International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS).
32- لقد أحطت علما بالمقرر الذي اعتمده مجلس التنمية الصناعية في دورته الثانية والثلاثين بشأن اعتماد المعايير المحاسبية الدولية للقطاع العام.

5. The Unit recognizes the need for some clarifications and refinements to facilitate the endorsement by the IDB of the proposed follow-up system and its implementation by the parties concerned.
5- وتسلم الوحدة بأن نظام المتابعة المقترح يحتاج الى بعض التوضيحات والصقل لتيسير تأييده من قبل مجلس التنمية الصناعية وتنفيذه من قبل الأطراف المعنية.

120. The Conference exhorted Member States, the IDB and Islamic charity institutions to provide financial and material assistance to the Islamic University in Niger because of its annual budget deficit and inadequate resources.
120 - ناشد الدول الأعضاء والبنك الإسلامي للتنمية والمؤسسات الخيرية الإسلامية تقديم الدعم المالي والمادي للجامعة الإسلامية بالنيجر نظرا لما تواجهه ميزانيتها المتواضعة من عجز سنوي بسبب نقص الموارد.

4. Appeals to the Member States and the IDB to contribute to financing the printing of the approved curricula in the three OIC languages as well as in the national languages of non-Arabic-speaking States.
4 - يناشد الدول الأعضاء والبنك الإسلامي للتنمية المساهمة في تمويل طباعة هذه المناهج بلغات المنظمة الثلاث واللغات الوطنية في الدول غير الناطقة بالعربية.

12. Thanks the IDB for its initiative to alleviate the Member States in the framework of the international initiative to alleviate the debt burden of the Highly Indebted Poor Countries (HIPC).
12 - يعرب عن شكره للبنك الإسلامي للتنمية على مبادرته بتخفيض الديون عن كاهل الدول الأعضاء في إطار المبادرة الدولية لتحقيق عبء الديون عن الدول عالية المديونية.

In addition to the IDB and the Brazilian Government, the state and municipal governments also helped fund the programme, along with foundations and corporations.
وبالإضافة إلى بنك التنمية للبلدان الأمريكية والحكومة البرازيلية ساهمت حكومات الولايات والحكومات البلدية أيضا في تمويل هذا البرنامج بمشاركة مؤسسات وشركات.

35. the IDB Mesoamerica and Caribbean regional project on road safety is the first regional road safety infrastructure project in Latin America, stretching 3,200 km through seven countries (Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua and Panama) to implement interventions to improve infrastructure and change road user behaviour.
35 - ويعد مشروع أمريكا الوسطى ومنطقة البحر الكاريبي الإقليمي المتعلق بالسلامة على الطرق التابع لمصرف التنمية للبلدان الأمريكية المشروع الإقليمي الأول للهياكل الأساسية للسلامة على الطرق في أمريكا اللاتينية، ويمتد لمسافة 200 3 كيلومتر عبر سبعة بلدان (بنما والسلفادور وغواتيمالا وكوستاريكا والمكسيك ونيكاراغوا وهندوراس) لتنفيذ التدخلات الرامية إلى تحسين الهياكل الأساسية وتغيير سلوك مستخدمي الطرق.

3. Thanks the IDB for extending assistance to the Zaitouna University and calls on it to continue extending material support until the completion of the construction of all the components of the project.
3 - يشكر البنك الإسلامي للتنمية وصندوق التضامن الإسلامي على ما قدماه من مساعدة لجامعة الزيتونة ويدعوهما إلى مواصلة تقديم الدعم المادي لها حتى تتمكن من استكمال بناء كافة مراحل المشروع.

If deemed necessary the IDB may also request ad hoc evaluations on specific subjects, including thematic evaluations.
ويجوز لمجلس التنمية الصناعية أن يطلب إجراء عمليات تقييم مخصّصة لمواضيع معيّنة، بما في ذلك إجراء تقييمات مواضيعية، إذا اعتبر ذلك ضرورياً.

148. In addition, short training courses were organized with the support of the IDB for women in leadership positions in the interior in the departments of Paraguarí and Ñeembucú and in the town of Valle Apua—Lambaré.
