The Advisory Committee met with the Audit Operations Committee of the Board of Auditors in September 1994 and held extensive discussions with them on the proposed allocation of audit work among members of the Board of Auditors and on the report of the Board on the implications of extending the term of office of members of the Board (A/49/368 and Corr.1).
