وكانت الأمانة قد التمست، فيما يتعلق بالمسألة الأخيرة، توضيحا عما إن كان المجلس التشريعي للصومال قد اتخذ حينئذ الخطوات اللازمة للسماح بإدخال العمل بالحظر المقترح فيما سبق على استيراد المعدات المعتمدة على الهالون ونظاما مؤقتا للحصص وإنشاء نظام لترخيص استيراد وتصدير المواد المستنفدة للأوزون.
