7-9 وفيما يخص شكوى صاحب البلاغ بموجب المادة 14، تلاحظ اللجنة وفقاً للمعلومات المعروضة عليها أن محكمة خاصة حكمت على عبد السلام الخويلدي بالسجن لمدة سنتين في 7 آب/أغسطس 2006، أي بعد حوالي 22 شهراً من إلقاء القبض عليه للمرة الثانية.

7. In the light of the information before it, the Working Group considers:

10.
