I am writing upon the instruction of my Government following the debate in the meeting of the Security Council on 13 July 2000.
أكتب إليكم هذه الرسالة بناء على تعليمات من حكومتي في أعقاب المناقشة التي جرت في مجلس الأمن في 13 تموز/يوليه 2000.

Upon the instruction of my Government, I hereby solemnly state our position as follows.

On the instruction of my Government, with reference to the situation in East Timor and in light of the extension of the mandate of the United Nations Transitional Administration in East Timor (UNTAET), I have the honour to transmit the following:
بناء على تعليمات من حكومتي وبالإشارة إلى الحالة في تيمور الشرقية وفي ضوء تمديد ولاية إدارة الأمم المتحدة الانتقالية في تيمور الشرقية، يشرفني أن أحيل ما يلي:

Referring to my letter dated 28 February 2014 and upon the instruction of my Government with regard to an act of aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, I have the honour to request an urgent open meeting of the Security Council in accordance with Articles 34 and 35 of the Charter of the United Nations and rule 3 of the provisional rules of procedure of the Security Council.
إشارة إلى رسالتي المؤرخة 28 شباط/فبراير 2014 وبناء على تعليمات من حكومتي فيما يتعلق بعمل عدواني للاتحاد الروسي ضد أوكرانيا، أتشرف بأن أطلب عقد اجتماع عاجل ومفتوح لمجلس الأمن وفقا للمادتين 34 و 35 من ميثاق الأمم المتحدة وللمادة 3 من النظام الداخلي المؤقت لمجلس الأمن.

Upon the instruction of my Government and with reference to your letter dated 17 April 2002, I have the honour to transmit herewith the supplementary report, and its annexes,* of the Islamic Republic of Iran on the implementation of Security Council resolution 1373 (2001) (see enclosure).

On the instruction of my Government, and further to your letter dated 15 July 2002, I have the honour to transmit herewith a supplementary report (see enclosure) containing replies to the questions put by the Counter-Terrorism Committee concerning the report submitted by Hungary on 3 January 2002, pursuant to paragraph 6 of Security Council resolution 1373 (2001).
