وأشارت اللجنة إلى الأحكام ذات الصلة الواردة في صكوك القانون الإنساني الدولي المتعلقة بحماية السكان المدنيين بصفتهم تلك، وكذلك إلى قرارات الجمعية العامة ومجلس الأمن ذات الصلة بالموضوع، بما فيها القرارات المتعلقة بالنزاعات المسلحة، وبالمراة والسلام والأمن، وبالأطفال والنزاعات المسلحة.

In that resolution, the Commission recalled all its previous resolutions on the subject, as well as the relevant provisions contained in the instruments of international humanitarian law relative to the protection of the civilian population, including women and children.1
وأشارت اللجنة في هذا القرار إلى جميع قراراتها السابقة بشأن هذه المسألة وإلى الأحكام ذات الصلة الواردة في صكوك القانون الإنساني الدولي المتعلقة بحماية السكان المدنيين، بمن فيهم النساء والأطفال().

In that resolution, the Commission recalled its previous resolutions on the subject, relevant resolutions of the General Assembly, the Security Council and the Commission on Human Rights and Security Council resolution 1325 (2000) on women, peace and security, as well as relevant provisions contained in the instruments of international humanitarian law relative to the protection of the civilian population.1
وأشارت اللجنة في هذا القرار إلى قراراتها السابقة المتعلقة بالموضوع، وقرارات الجمعية العامة ومجلس الأمن ولجنة حقوق الإنسان ذات الصلة، وقرار مجلس الأمن 1325 (2000) عن المرأة والسلام والأمن، إضافة إلى الأحكام ذات الصلة المتضمنة في صكوك القانون الإنساني الدولي المتعلقة بحماية السكان المدنيين(1).

The Commission recalled relevant resolutions of the General Assembly and Security Council resolutions 1325 (2000) on women, peace and security, 1539 (2004) on children and armed conflict, and 1612 (2005) on children and armed conflict, as well as relevant provisions contained in the instruments of international humanitarian law relative to the protection of the civilian population.
وأشارت اللجنة إلى قرارات الجمعية العامة ومجلس الأمن ذات الصلة 1325 (2000) عن المرأة والسلام والأمن، و 1539 (2004) عن الأطفال والنزاع المسلح، و 1612 (2005) عن الأطفال والنزاع المسلح، بالإضافة إلى الأحكام ذات الصلة الواردة في صكوك القانون الإنساني الدولي فيما يتعلق بحماية السكان المدنيين.
