Norway proposed the reactivation of the Ad Hoc Liaison Committee for the Coordination of the International Assistance to Palestinians to oversee assistance management, financial support to the Palestinian Authority and Palestinian institutional reform.

Welcomes the meetings of the Ad Hoc Liaison Committee for the Coordination of the International Assistance to Palestinians of 19 March 2013 and of 25 September 2013 and 22 September 2014, the outcome of the Cairo conference on Palestine, " Reconstructing Gaza " , held on 12 October 2014, and the generous donor response to support the needs of the Palestinian people, and urges the rapid disbursement of donor pledges;

6 - ترحب، في هذا الصدد، باجتماع لجنة الاتصـال المخصصة لتنسيق المساعدة الدولية المقدمة إلى الفلسطينيين وبنتائج المؤتمر الدولي لدعم الاقتصاد الفلسطيني لإعادة إعمار قطاع غزة المعقود في شرم الشيخ، مصر، في 2 آذار/مارس 2009، الذي تعهد فيه المانحون بتقديم حوالى 4.5 بلايين دولار من دولارات الولايات المتحدة لتلبية احتياجات الشعب الفلسطيني؛

We commend the Palestinian leadership and the Palestinian people for their successful institution-building efforts, as recently recognized by the United Nations, the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund, the Ad Hoc Liaison Committee for the Coordination of the International Assistance to Palestinians, and key donors.
ونشيد بالقيادة الفلسطينية وبالشعب الفلسطيني لجهودهما الناجحة في بناء المؤسسات، كما شهدت بذلك مؤخرا الأمم المتحدة والبنك الدولي وصندوق النقد الدولي ولجنة الاتصال المخصصة لتنسيق المساعدة الدولية المقدمة إلى الشعب الفلسطيني وكبار المانحين.
