Stressing the obligation of States to protect the human rights of migrants, regardless of their legal status, in conformity with the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the international instruments to which they are party,
وإذ يؤكد الالتزام الذي يقع على عاتق الدول بحماية حقوق الإنسان للمهاجرين أياً كان وضعهم القانوني، بما يتفق مع الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان والصكوك الدولية التي هي طرف فيها،

1. Reaffirms the duty of States to effectively promote and protect the human rights and fundamental freedoms of all migrants, especially those of women and children, regardless of their immigration status, in conformity with the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the international instruments to which they are party;
1- يؤكد من جديد واجب الدول أن تقوم على نحو فعال بتعزيز وحماية حقوق الإنسان والحريات الأساسية لجميع المهاجرين، ولا سيما الحقوق والحريات الأساسية للنساء والأطفال، بصرف النظر عن وضعهم من حيث الهجرة، طبقاً للإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان والصكوك الدولية التي هي طرف فيها؛

" 4. Reaffirms the duty of States to effectively promote and protect the human rights and fundamental freedoms of all migrants, especially those of women and children, regardless of their migration status, in conformity with the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the international instruments to which they are party, and therefore:
" 4 - تعيد تأكيد واجب الدول أن تعزز وتحمي على نحو فعال حقوق الإنسان والحريات الأساسية الواجبة لجميع المهاجرين، ولا سيما تلك الواجبة للنساء والأطفال، بصرف النظر عن وضعهم من حيث الهجرة، وفقا للإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان والصكوك الدولية التي هي طرف فيها، وبناء على ذلك:

4 - تعيد تأكيد واجب الدول أن تعزز وتحمي على نحو فعال حقوق الإنسان والحريات الأساسية الواجبة لجميع المهاجرين، ولا سيما تلك الواجبة للنساء والأطفال، بصرف النظر عن وضعهم من حيث الهجرة، وفقا للإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان والصكوك الدولية التي هي طرف فيها، وبناء على ذلك:

9. The Arab States stress their commitment to all the international instruments to which they are parties, and look forward to cooperating with the relevant international agencies and, first and foremost, the International Atomic Energy Agency.
9 - تؤكد الدول العربية التزامها بكافة المعاهدات والاتفاقيات الدولية التي هي أطراف بها، وتتطلع للتعاون مع المنظمات الدولية المعنية، وعلى رأسها الوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية.

This does not, however, lessen in the least the obligations accepted by sovereign nations to implement in good faith the international instruments to which they are States parties.
إلا أن هذا لا يقلل بأي حال من الأحوال من الالتزامات التي قبلت بها الدول ذات السيادة لكي تُنفذ بحسن نية الصكوك الدولية التي هي دول أطراف فيها.

7. Furthermore, in its resolution 58/190, the Assembly requested all Member States, in conformity with their respective constitutional system, effectively to promote and protect the human rights of all migrants, in conformity with the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the international instruments to which they are party, which might include the Convention.

The Heads of State or Government also reaffirmed the duty of States to effectively promote and protect the human rights and fundamental freedoms of all migrants, especially those of women, and children, regardless of their immigration status, in conformity with the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the international instruments to which they are party.
574/24 كما أكد رؤساء الدول والحكومات مجددا أنه يجب على الدول الأعضاء تعزيز وحماية حقوق الإنسان والحريات الأساسية لجميع المهاجرين، لا سيما تلك الخاصة بالنساء والأطفال، بغض النظر عن وضعهم، وفقا للإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان والصكوك الدولية التي هي أطراف فيها.

3. Reaffirms the duty of States to effectively promote and protect the human rights and fundamental freedoms of all migrants, especially those of women and children, regardless of their immigration status, in conformity with the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the international instruments to which they are party;
3- يعيد تأكيد واجب الدول أن تكفل تعزيز وحماية حقوق الإنسان والحريات الأساسية على نحو فعال لجميع المهاجرين، وبخاصة للنساء والأطفال، بصرف النظر عن وضعهم كمهاجرين، وفقاً للإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان والصكوك الدولية التي هي طرف فيها؛

Request States, when their domestic legal systems so require, to adopt the necessary implementing legislation to give effect to their obligations under the international instruments to which they are parties that provide for the elimination of all forms of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance.
190- نرجو من الدول التي تقتضي نظمها القانونية الداخلية ذلك اعتماد القوانين التنفيذية اللازمة للوفاء بالتزاماتها بمقتضى الصكوك الدولية التي هي أطراف فيها والتي تنص على القضاء على جميع أشكال العنصرية والتمييز العنصري وكره الأجانب وما يتصل بذلك من تعصب.
