3. 3 - يرحب بجهود المنظمة البحرية الدولية الرامية إلى استكمال توجيهاتها وتوصياتها إلى مؤسسات النقل البحري وإلى الحكومات من أجل منع وقمع القرصنة والسطو المسلح في البحر، وإلى تزويد جميع الدول الأعضاء وأوساط النقل البحري الدولي العاملة قبالة سواحل الصومال بتلك التوجيهات في أقرب وقت ممكن عمليا؛

7. Calls upon States and regional organizations to coordinate, including by sharing information through bilateral channels or the United Nations, their efforts to deter acts of piracy and armed robbery at sea off the coast of Somalia in cooperation with each other, the International Maritime Organization, the international shipping community, flag States and the Transitional Federal Government;
7 - يهيب بالدول والمنظمات الإقليمية تنسيق جهودها، بوسائل منها تبادل المعلومات عبر القنوات الثنائية أو الأمم المتحدة، لردع أعمال القرصنة والسطو المسلح في البحر قبالة سواحل الصومال بالتعاون فيما بينها ومع المنظمة البحرية الدولية وأوساط النقل البحري الدولي ودول العلم والحكومة الاتحادية الانتقالية؛

3 - يرحب بجهود المنظمة البحرية الدولية الرامية إلى تحديث توجيهاتها وتوصياتها إلى صناعة النقل البحري وإلى الحكومات من أجل منع وقمع القرصنة والسطو المسلح في البحر، وإلى إتاحة تلك التوجيهات في أقرب وقت ممكن عمليا لجميع الدول الأعضاء وأوساط النقل البحري الدولي العاملة قبالة سواحل الصومال؛

Many Governments are giving high priority to the adoption of this instrument, since without a global HNS Convention it is feared that regional regimes might develop, with consequent difficulties for the international shipping industry.
وتعطى العديد من الحكومات أولوية عليا لاعتماد هذا الصك، ففي غياب اتفاقية عالمية في هذا الصدد، يخشى من احتمال قيام أنظمة اقليمية تؤدي الى إثارة صعوبات أمام صناعة النقل البحري الدولية.

10. With regard to maritime transport, the international shipping industry is firmly committed to playing its part in reducing emissions of carbon dioxide and greenhouse gases.
10 - وفيما يتعلق بالنقل البحري، تبدي صناعة النقل البحري الدولية التزاماً راسخاً بتأدية دورها للحد من انبعاثات ثاني أكسيد الكربون وغازات الاحتباس الحراري.
