At the 11th meeting, on 6 August 2003, Mr. Decaux introduced his updated report on the issue of the administration of justice through military tribunals (E/CN.4/Sub.2/2003/4).

8. The Chairperson-Rapporteur also pointed out that the important studies on the issue of the administration of justice through military tribunals by Mr. Decaux and discrimination in the criminal justice system by Ms. Zerrougui were initiated at the working group and would be discussed during the plenary session of the Sub-Commission.

In addition, in 2011 and 2012, the organization formulated specific recommendations for the President of the General Assembly and for the Fifth and Sixth Committees in order to provide assistance during the course of their deliberations on the issue of the administration of justice at the United Nations.

1. At its sixty-first session, the Commission on Human Rights referred to the continuing study on the issue of the administration of justice through military tribunals in two mutually complementary resolutions, 2005/30 and 2005/33, both adopted on 19 April 2005.

6. Expresses the wish that, under the auspices of the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, a second seminar of military and other experts on the issue of the administration of justice through military tribunals be organized and encourages other such initiatives;

1. At its sixty-first session, the Commission on Human Rights referred to the continuing study on the issue of the administration of justice through military tribunals in two mutually complementary resolutions, 2005/30 and 2005/33, both adopted on 19 April 2005.
