73. The COP had before it the joint annual report of the Technology Executive Committee (TEC) and the Climate Technology Centre and Network (CTCN).

4. This document consists of the joint annual report of the TEC and the CTCN to the COP for 2014 and contains:

50. At their thirty-ninth sessions, the SBI and the Subsidiary Body for Scientific and Technological Advice (SBSTA) were unable to conclude their consideration of the joint annual report of the TEC and the CTCN.

16- ولم تتمكن الهيئتان الفرعيتان في الدورة التاسعة والثلاثين لكل منهما من إنهاء نظرهما في التقرير السنوي المشترك للجنة التنفيذية ومركز وشبكة تكنولوجيا المناخ.

17. Action: The SBSTA and the SBI will be invited to conclude their consideration of the joint annual report for 2013 and to recommend a draft decision for consideration and adoption at COP 20.
17- الإجراء: ستدعى الهيئتان الفرعيتان إلى إكمال نظرهما في التقرير السنوي المشترك لعام 2013 والتوصية بمشروع مقرر كي ينظر فيه مؤتمر الأطراف ويعتمده في دورته العشرين.

125. At the 3rd meeting, the Chair took note that the SBI was unable to conclude its consideration of the joint annual report of the TEC and the Climate Technology Centre and Network (CTCN).
125- وفي الجلسة الثالثة، أشار الرئيس إلى أن الهيئة الفرعية لم تتمكن من إنهاء نظرها في التقرير السنوي المشترك للجنة التنفيذية المعنية بالتكنولوجيا ومركز وشبكة تكنولوجيا المناخ.

At the 3rd meeting, the Chair took note that the SBSTA was unable to conclude its consideration of the joint annual report of the TEC and the CTCN.
31- وفي الجلسة الثالثة، أحاط الرئيس علماً بأن الهيئة الفرعية لم تتمكن من إنهاء نظرها في التقرير السنوي المشترك للجنة والمجلس.

143. Also requests the secretariat to make available the joint annual report referred to in paragraph 142 above for consideration by the Conference of the Parties through its subsidiary bodies;
143- يطلب أيضاً إلى الأمانة أن تتيح التقرير السنوي المشترك المشار إليه في الفقرة 142 أعلاه لينظر فيه مؤتمر الأطراف من خلال هيئتيه الفرعيتين؛

134. The SBSTA and the SBI recommended a draft decision on the joint annual report of the TEC and the CTCN for 2013 for consideration and adoption at COP 20 (for the text of the draft decision, see document FCCC/SBI/2014/8/Add.1).
134- وأوصت الهيئتان الفرعيتان بإعداد مشروع مقرر بشأن التقرير السنوي المشترك للجنة التنفيذية المعنية بالتكنولوجيا ومركز وشبكة تكنولوجيا المناخ لعام 2013، لينظر فيه مؤتمر الأطراف ويعتمده في دورته العشرين (للاطلاع على نص المقرر، انظر الوثيقة FCCC/SBI/2014/8/Add.1).

78. Action: The SBI will be invited to consider the relevant information in the report of the GEF and in the joint annual report of the TEC and the CTCN with a view to determining further action.
78- الإجراء: ستُدعى الهيئة الفرعية للتنفيذ إلى النظر في المعلومات ذات الصلة الواردة في تقرير مرفق البيئة العالمية وفي التقرير السنوي المشترك للجنة التنفيذية المعنية بالتكنولوجيا ومركز وشبكة تكنولوجيا المناخ، من أجل تحديد الإجراءات الإضافية اللازمة.

In this context, as requested at COP 19, the SBI and the SBSTA will continue consideration of the joint annual report at their fortieth sessions, with a view to recommending a draft decision on this matter for consideration and adoption at COP 20.
وفي هذا السياق، ستواصل الهيئتان الفرعيتان، بناءً على طلب مؤتمر الأطراف في دورته التاسعة عشرة، النظر في التقرير السنوي المشترك في الدورة الأربعين لكل منهما، بهدف التوصية بمشروع مقرر بهذا الشأن كي ينظر فيه مؤتمر الأطراف ويعتمده في دورته العشرين().

In this context, as requested at COP 19, the SBSTA and the SBI will continue consideration of the joint annual report at their fortieth sessions, with a view to recommending a draft decision on this matter for consideration and adoption at COP 20.

33. The SBSTA and the SBI recommended a draft decision on the joint annual report of the TEC and the CTCN for 2013 for consideration and adoption at COP 20 (for the text of the draft decision, see document FCCC/SBSTA/2014/2/Add.1).
33- وأوصت الهيئتان الفرعيتان بمشروع مقرر بشأن التقرير السنوي المشترك للجنة التنفيذية المعنية بالتكنولوجيا ومركز وشبكة تكنولوجيا المناخ لعام 2013 من أجل النظر فيه واعتماده في الدورة العشرين لمؤتمر الأطراف (انظر الوثيقة FCCC/SBSTA/2014/2/Add.1 للاطلاع على نص مشروع المقرر).

3. In response to that request, and following intersessional consultations between the Chair and Vice-Chair of the TEC and the Chair and Vice-Chair of the Advisory Board of the CTCN (hereinafter referred to as the Advisory Board), the two bodies agreed on the following procedures for preparing the joint annual report:
3- استجابة للطلب المذكور أعلاه، وعقب المشاورات التي جرت في فترة ما بين الدورات بين رئيس اللجنة التنفيذية ونائبه ورئيس المجلس الاستشاري للمركز والشبكة (ويشار إليه فيما يلي بالمجلس الاستشاري) ونائبه، اتفقت الهيئتان على الإجراءات التالية لإعداد التقرير السنوي المشترك:

5. The Subsidiary Body for Scientific and Technological Advice (SBSTA) and the Subsidiary Body for Implementation (SBI) may wish to consider the joint annual report of the TEC and the CTCN for 2014 and recommend a draft decision on this matter for consideration and adoption at COP 20.
5- قد تود الهيئة الفرعية للمشورة العلمية والتكنولوجية والهيئة الفرعية للتنفيذ (الهيئتان الفرعيتان) النظر في التقرير السنوي المشترك للجنة التنفيذية والمركز والشبكة لعام 2014، وتوصية اللجنة التنفيذية والمركز والشبكة بصياغة مشروع مقرر بشأن هذه المسألة كي ينظر فيه مؤتمر الأطراف ويعتمده في دورته العشرين.
