The fruits of those efforts could be seen in the Joint Declaration of the United Nations and the European Union and in the continuing cooperation between DPKO and the African Union.

(أ) مراقبة ورصد تنفيذ الإعلان المشترك المتعلق بوقف الحرب والصادر في 6 نيسان/أبريل 2005 واتفاق وقف إطلاق النار الشامل المؤرخ 3 أيار/مايو 2003، ومنع أي أعمال عدائية، في حدود قدراتها وفي مناطق انتشارها، لا سيما في منطقة الثقة، والتحقيق في انتهاكات وقف إطلاق النار؛

5. The Committee reiterates that the existence and contents of the Joint Declaration of the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the Government of the People's Republic of China make it unnecessary for the Committee to rely solely on the foregoing jurisprudence as far as Hong Kong is concerned.
٥- وتكرر اللجنة أن وجود ومحتويات اﻹعلان المشترك بين حكومة المملكة المتحدة لبريطانيا العظمى وايرلندا الشمالية وحكومة جمهورية الصين الشعبية ينفيان ضرورة اعتماد اللجنة فقط على أحكام القضاء السابقة فيما يتعلق بهونغ كونغ.

The Committee further stated that the existence and contents of the Joint Declaration of the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the Government of the People's Republic of China on the Question of Hong Kong, however, made it unnecessary for the Committee to rely solely on the foregoing jurisprudence as far as Hong Kong was concerned.
إلا أن اللجنة قد ذكرت كذلك أن وجود الاعلان المشترك بين حكومة المملكة المتحدة لبريطانيا العظمى وايرلندا الشمالية وحكومة جمهورية الصين الشعبية حول مسألة هونغ كونغ ومضمون هذا الاعلان يجعلان من غير الضروري أن تعتمد اللجنة على هذا المبدأ القانوني وحده فيما يتعلق بهونغ كونغ.
