It is recommended that the State party further reduce the maximum length of pretrial detention of juveniles by amending the Juvenile Court Act.
ويوصَى بأن تخفّض الدولة الطرف كذلك الفترة القصوى لاحتجاز الأحداث على ذمة المحاكمة عن طريق تعديل قانون قضاء الأحداث.

تُحث الدولة الطرف على تغيير موقفها وعلى تعديل المادة 21 من قانون قضاء الأحداث بغية ضمان وجود شخص موضع ثقة أثناء تحقيق الشرطة مع الأطفال الذين تقل أعمارهم عن 18 عاماً أو أثناء استجوابها لهم دون تقديم أي طلب بهذا المعنى من الحدث.

(d) Section 7 of the Juvenile Court Act stipulates that a juvenile can be detained in " any place of safety, including a prison " if he/she is deemed to be " of such an unruly character or so depraved a character " ; and

39. CAT noted with concern that Liechtenstein did not intend to amend the Juvenile Court Act, according to which a person of trust would be present during the questioning of a juvenile by the police (or a judge) only if the juvenile so requested.
39- ولاحظت لجنة مناهضة التعذيب بقلق أن ليختنشتاين لا تعتزم تعديل قانون قضاء الأحداث الذي لا يجوز وفقاً له حضور شخص موضع ثقة أثناء استجواب الحدث على أيدي الشرطة (أو أمام قاضٍ) إلا إذا طلب الحدث ذلك.

Liechtenstein was urged to amend article 21 of the Juvenile Court Act to ensure the presence of a person of trust during interrogation or questioning by police of children under the age of 18 without any request of the juvenile.
وحُثت ليختنشتاين على تعديل المادة 21 من قانون قضاء الأحداث بغية ضمان وجود شخص موضع ثقة أثناء تحقيق الشرطة مع الأطفال الذين هم دون سن 18 سنة دون تقديم أي طلب من الحدث(59).
