99. The SBSTA expressed its appreciation to the IPCC for holding an expert meeting on the science of alternative metrics, following an invitation to the IPCC made by the Ad Hoc Working Group on Further Commitments for Annex I Parties under the Kyoto Protocol at its sixth session.
99- وأعربت الهيئة الفرعية عن تقديرها للهيئة الحكومية الدولية المعنية بتغير المناخ لعقدها اجتماعاً للخبراء بشأن علم المقاييس البديلة، بعد أن دعاها إلى ذلك الفريق العامل المخصص المعني بالالتزامات الإضافية للأطراف المدرجة في المرفق الأول بموجب بروتوكول كيوتو في دورته السادسة().
