Requests the Subsidiary Body for Implementation to develop recommendations to the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol at its third session with the aim of adopting a decision on the following issues:

Requests the Subsidiary Body for Implementation to commence consideration of the issue noted in paragraph 2 above at its twenty-fourth session (May 2006) and report on the outcome to the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol at its third session (December 2007);
3- يطلب إلى الهيئة الفرعية للتنفيذ بدء النظر في المسألة المشار إليها في الفقرة 2 أعلاه في دورتها الرابعة والعشرين (أيار/مايو 2006) وتقديم تقرير عن النتائج إلى مؤتمر الأطراف بوصفه اجتماع الأطراف في بروتوكول كيوتو في دورته الثالثة (كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2007)؛
