Noting that the Parties concerned have granted their approval to be included in the list in annex I to the Convention,

Decides that, in the event that a Party not listed in annex II to this decision decides to use the international transaction log in the biennium 2008 - 2009, the Party shall be added to the list in annex II to this decision and that the fees paid4 shall be deducted from the resource requirements of activities relating to the international transaction log administrator in the next biennium;
9- يقرر أنه إذا ما قرر طرف غير مدرج في المرفق الثاني بهذا التقرير استخدام سجل المعاملات الدولي في فترة السنتين 2008-2009، يُضاف ذلك الطرف إلى القائمة في المرفق الثاني بهذا المقرر، وتُخصم الرسوم المدفوعة() من الاحتياجات من الموارد للأنشطة المتعلقة بسجل المعاملات الدولي في فترة السنتين التالية؛

At its third session, the COP adopted amendments to the list in annex I to the Convention (decision 4/CP.3).
وقد اعتمد مؤتمر اﻷطراف، في دورته الثالثة، تعديلات للقائمة المدرجة في المرفق اﻷول بالاتفاقية )المقرر ٤/م أ-٣(.

Recalling decision 26/CP.7 that amended the list in annex II to the Convention by deleting the name of Turkey,

Recalling its decisions 9/CP.2 and 6/CP.3 on communications from Parties included in Annex I to the Convention (Annex I Parties), and decision 4/CP.3, which amended the list in annex I to the Convention,

13.2 Each Annex A and Annex B Party determines its policy directions and measures from this list, in accordance with the list in annex C, and these are then declared in its national communications.
