With regard to the question of the list of Territories to which the Declaration is applicable, the Committee decided to continue to review this issue at its next session, subject to any directives given by the General Assembly.

At its 1429th meeting, by adopting the suggestions put forward by the Chairman relating to the organization of work of the Special Committee (A/AC.109/L.1811), the Committee decided, inter alia, to allocate the question of the list of Territories to which the Declaration is applicable to the Working Group as appropriate.
٣٧ - كان مما قررته اللجنة الخاصة في جلستها ١٤٢٩، باعتمادها الاقتراحات المقدمة من الرئيس بشأن تنظيم أعمالها، أن تحيل إلى الفريق العامل، حسب الاقتضاء، مسألة قائمة اﻷقاليم التي ينطبق عليها اﻹعلان.

At its 1429th meeting, on 15 February 1994, by adopting the suggestions put forward by the Chairman relating to the organization of the Special Committee's work (A/AC.109/L.1811), the Committee decided, inter alia, to allocate the question of the list of Territories to which the Declaration is applicable to the Working Group as appropriate.
٣٧ - كان مما قررته اللجنة الخاصة في جلستها ١٤٢٩ المعقودة في ١٥ شباط/فبراير ١٩٩٤، باعتمادها الاقتراحات المقدمة من الرئيس بشأن تنظيم أعمالها (A/AC.109/L.1811)، أن تحيل إلى الفريق العامل، حسب الاقتضاء، مسألة قائمة اﻷقاليم التي ينطبق عليها اﻹعلان.

In taking that decision, the Committee recalled that, in its report to the General Assembly at its forty-eighth session, 6/ it had stated that, subject to any directives that the Assembly might wish to give in that connection, it would continue, as part of its programme of work for 1994, to review the list of Territories to which the Declaration applied.
ولدى اتخاذ هذا القرار، أشارت اللجنة إلى أنها ذكرت في تقريرها إلى الجمعية العامة في دورتها الثامنة واﻷربعين)٦( أنها ستواصل، كجزء من برنامج عملها لعام ١٩٩٤، استعراض قائمة اﻷقاليم التي ينطبق عليها اﻹعلان، مع مراعاة أية توجيهات قد تود الجمعية العامة إصدارها في هذا الصدد.

44. At its 1377th meeting, on 21 February 1991, by adopting the suggestions put forward by the Chairman relating to the organization of its work (A/AC.109/L.1755), the Special Committee decided, inter alia, to take up as appropriate the question of the list of Territories to which the Declaration is applicable and to refer it to its Working Group for consideration and recommendations.
٤٤ - كان مما قررته اللجنة الخاصة في جلستها ٧٧٣١، المعقودة في ٢١ شباط/فبراير ١٩٩١ أن قررت، باعتمادها الاقتراحات المقدمة من الرئيس بشأن تنظيم أعمالها (A/AC.109/L.1755)، أن تنظر حسب الاقتضاء في مسألة قائمة اﻷقاليم التي ينطبق عليها الاعلان وأن تحيلها الى فريقها العامل للنظر فيها وتقديم توصيات بشأنها.
