13. The administrative costs of the implementing agency shall be kept at the optimal level to operate the loan scheme in a cost-efficient manner over the duration of the contract term.
13- يحافظ على التكاليف الإدارية للوكالة المشرفة على التنفيذ عند المستوى الأمثل لتشغيل برنامج القروض بطريقة فعالة من حيث التكلفة طوال مدة العقد.

(a) Review the performance of the loan scheme and the efficiency and effectiveness of the operations of the implementing agency, with regard to, inter alia:
(أ) تستعرض أداء برنامج القروض وكفاءة عمل الوكالة المشرفة على التنفيذ وفعاليته فيما يتعلق بجملة أمور من بينها:

If the secretariat finds, on the basis of the reviews referred to in paragraph 17 above or any other incidents, that any provisions in the guidelines and modalities for the loan scheme need to be modified in order to improve the performance or operability of the loan scheme, it shall seek guidance from the Board.
19- إذا رأت الأمانة، على أساس الاستعراضات المشار إليها في الفقرة 17 أعلاه أو أي أحداث أخرى، أن أي أحكام في المبادئ التوجيهية والطرائق الخاصة ببرنامج القروض تستوجب التعديل من أجل تحسين أداء برنامج القروض أو عمله، فإنها تلتمس في ذلك إرشادات المجلس.

7. The secretariat shall calculate and identify annually, as at 1 January, the interest accrued on the principal of the Trust Fund of the Clean Development Mechanism, as well as any voluntary contributions from donors for the scheme referred to in paragraph III above (hereinafter referred to as the loan scheme), as the financial resources to be allocated for loans and associated administrative costs for that year.
7- تقوم الأمانة بتاريخ 1 كانون الثاني/يناير من كل سنة بحساب وتحديد الفائدة المحصلة على أصل الصندوق الاستئماني لآلية التنمية النظيفة، وأي تبرعات ترد من المانحين للبرنامج المشار إليه في الفقرة 1 أعلاه (يشار إليه فيما يلي ببرنامج القروض)، باعتبار تلك الأموال موارد مالية تخصص للقروض والتكاليف الإدارية المرتبطة بها لتلك السنة.

After the CMP has decided to adopt, adopt with modifications or reject the revised guidelines and modalities, the secretariat shall make adjustments, as appropriate, to the implementation of the loan scheme as soon as practicable.
