4. Decides that, to give full effect to this Declaration, a promotional follow-up, which is meaningful and effective, shall be implemented in accordance with the measures specified in the annex hereto, which shall be considered as an integral part of this Declaration.
٤- يقرر، من أجل اﻹعمال التام لهذا اﻹعلان، تنفيذ متابعة هادفة وفعالة تعززه، وذلك وفقاً للتدابير المحددة في مرفق هذا اﻹعلان، الذي يعتبر جزءاً لا يتجزأ منه.

1. Decides that all States shall implement the measures specified in paragraph 3 of resolution 1591 (2005) with respect to the following individuals:

16. In accordance with paragraph 13 of resolution 1173 (1998), the Committee is authorized to approve, on a case-by-case basis, exemptions to the measures specified in paragraphs 11 and 12 of that resolution for verified medical and humanitarian purposes.

The Conference notes that implementation of the measures specified in the Model Additional Protocol will provide, in an effective and efficient manner, increased confidence about the absence of undeclared nuclear material and activities in a State as a whole and that those measures are now being introduced as an integral part of IAEA's safeguards system.

The Conference notes that implementation of the measures specified in the Model Additional Protocol will foster, in an effective and efficient manner, increased confidence about the absence of undeclared nuclear material and activities in a State as a whole and that those measures are now being introduced as an integral part of the IAEA safeguards system.

His Government continued to believe that the fastest way to limit the growth of orbital debris would be for space-faring countries to implement the measures specified in that Committee's space debris mitigation guidelines.

3. Endorses the planned visit by the Chairman of the Committee created pursuant to resolution 864 (1993) to Angola and other interested countries to discuss the full and effective implementation of the measures specified in paragraph 4 of resolution 1127 (1997) with a view to urging compliance by UNITA with its obligations under the Lusaka Protocol and relevant Security Council resolutions;
٣ - يؤيد الزيارة المزمع أن يقوم بها رئيس اللجنة المنشأة عملا بالقرار ٨٦٤ )١٩٩٣( إلى أنغولا والبلدان اﻷخرى المعنيــة لمناقشــة التنفيذ الكامل والفعال للتدابير المحددة في الفقرة ٤ من القرار ١١٢٧ )١٩٩٧( بغية حـث يونيتا على الامتثال لالتزاماته بموجب بروتوكول لوســاكا وقرارات مجلـس اﻷمـن ذات الصلة؛

8. Reaffirms its readiness to review the measures specified in paragraph 4 of resolution 1127 (1997) or to consider the imposition of additional measures in accordance with paragraphs 8 and 9 of resolution 1127 (1997) and on the basis of the report referred to in paragraph 3 above;
٨ - يعيد تأكيد استعداده لاستعراض التدابير المبينة في الفقرة ٤ من القرار ١١٢٧ )١٩٩٧( أو النظر في فرض تدابير إضافية وفقا للفقرتين ٨ و ٩ من القرار ١١٢٧ )١٩٩٧(، واستنادا الى التقرير المشار اليه في الفقرة ٣ أعلاه؛
