27- وأقرَّ الاجتماع بأهمية اتفاقية الجريمة المنظَّمة وبروتوكوليها الإضافيين بشأن تهريب المهاجرين عن طريق البر والبحر والجو وبروتوكول منع وقمع ومعاقبة الاتجار بالأشخاص، في التصدِّي للظاهرة الإجرامية المتمثِّلة في الاتِّجار بالبشر وتهريب المهاجرين، فدعا الدول الأعضاء التي لم تُصدِّق على هذه الصكوك القانونية أو لم تنضم إليها بعدُ إلى أن تبادر إلى ذلك.
