Reaffirms the intermission cooperation arrangements provided for in resolution 1609 (2005) of 24 June 2005, as needed and on a temporary basis, between the Mission and the United Nations Operation in Côte d'Ivoire, and calls upon troopcontributing countries to support the efforts of the SecretaryGeneral in this regard;
6 - يعيد تأكيد ضرورة أن تراعي البعثة وعملية الأمم المتحدة في كوت ديفوار ترتيبات التعاون بين البعثات المنصوص عليها في القرار 1609 (2005) المؤرخ 24 حزيران/يونيه 2005 حسب الاقتضاء وعلى أساس مؤقت، ويهيب بالبلدان المساهمة بقوات دعم الجهود التي يبذلها الأمين العام في هذا الصدد؛

12. Encourages the Economic Community of West African States to develop, with the support of the United Nations Office for West Africa, a subregional strategy to address the threat of the crossborder movements of armed groups and weapons as well as illicit trafficking, with the assistance of the Mission and the United Nations Operation in Côte d'Ivoire, as appropriate;
12 - يشجع الجماعة الاقتصادية لدول غرب أفريقيا على أن تضع، بدعم من مكتب الأمم المتحدة لغرب أفريقيا وبمساعدة من البعثة وعملية الأمم المتحدة في كوت ديفوار، حسب الاقتضاء، استراتيجية دون إقليمية للتصدي للخطر الذي تشكله التحركات التي تقوم بها الجماعات المسلحة ونقل الأسلحة والاتجار غير المشروع؛

7. Emphasizes the need for the Mission and the United Nations Operation in Côte d'Ivoire to regularly coordinate their strategies and operations in areas near the LiberianCôte d'Ivoire border, in order to contribute to subregional security and to prevent armed groups from exploiting the seam of political boundaries, and requests the SecretaryGeneral to report on them to the Security Council and troopcontributing countries;
7 - يشدد على ضرورة أن تنسق البعثة وعملية الأمم المتحدة في كوت ديفوار استراتيجياتهما وعملياتهما بانتظام في المناطق القريبة من الحدود بين ليبريا وكوت ديفوار من أجل المساهمة في توفير الأمن في المنطقة دون الإقليمية ومنع الجماعات المسلحة من استغلال الثغرات في الحدود السياسية، ويطلب إلى الأمين العام تقديم تقرير عن ذلك إلى مجلس الأمن وإلى البلدان المساهمة بقوات؛
