٢٣ - وأفادت النرويج بأنها طرف في الاتفاقيات المتعددة اﻷطراف المتعلقة باﻹرهاب)١٣(. وأشارت النرويج أيضا إلى أن نظامها القانوني لا يتضمن قواعد وأنظمة محددة متعلقة بمنع اﻹرهاب الدولي وقمعه؛ لكن تخضع أعمال اﻹرهاب الفردية للمقاضاة والعقاب وفقا للقانون الجنائي النرويجي لعام ١٩٠٢.
